8/26/09: Please sign up on our Google Discussion Groups
(http://groups.google.com/group/ee100_fa09).  Make sure that you
provide your Cal Student ID when you sign up, so that we can approve
your membership. This will be your primary means of asking homework
questions. Although emailing the staff is encouraged, the newsgroup
should be your first attempt at getting the homework questions
answered.  Also, if you do not want to fill your inbox with messages
from this discussion board, make sure to set your delivery option to
"No Email".
