  From Fall 1994 through Spring 2008, several EECS courses are offered 
  through the National Technical University (NTU, http://www.ntu.edu/) 
  via CalVIEW (http://coe.berkeley.edu/calview/).  EECS Instruction 
  provided computing resources for the students.
