Metrics ICS controls specialized semiconductor test and measurement 
instrumentation and provides easy setup for complex instrumentation 
through an interactive Microsoft Windows graphical user interface.

It is installed on several PCs in 353 Cory to control the HP4155 A/B
Semiconductor Parameter Analyzer.  It is used primarily by EE105.
