  "kdiff3" (kdiff3.sourceforge.net/) can compare or merge two or three 
  text input files or directories.  kdiff3 is installed on the Instructional 
  Centos systems in /usr/bin/kdiff3.  For a current list of our computers, 
  please see http://inst.eecs.berkeley.edu/connecting.html#labs.

tkdiff
------
  "tkdiff" (http://tkdiff.sourceforge.net/) is similar to Kdiff3.  Tkdiff is
  not installed.
