- The Evaluation Form is available for peer evaluations. Please fill out the form carefully. It is due by the end of May 11th.
- Please use this Survey Form to give us feedback about individual lectures and homework assignments.*
- Project 7 details have been posted. The post describes the format of the report that you should submit.
- Midterm scores have been posted. If you want to request a regrade, you must do so by Friday 5/2. Check out the midterm stats.
- Shaunak's office hours will be from 9 a.m. - 10 a.m. in 711 Soda on the next two Mondays (04/28 and 05/05).
- Please make sure you email by 4/29 to your test partner team a package that contains your code and instructions for installing and using your code. You might have to setup a web server, etc. to enable testing. It is Ok if the code does not work completely, but at least some aspects of it should be testable. Please cc your TA in the message.
- The following is the schedule for presentations: on 4/29 teams 2, 4, 5 and 6. On 5/1 teams 1, 3, 7 and 8.
- The true deadline for your code to be working to specs is 5/8, when we have the demos.
- In preparation for the midterm, please send us (cs169@cs) any questions you may have about the material covered so far. The responses we receive by Wednesday April 16th, will help us determine whether there is a need for review sessions.
- HW4 has been posted. It is due before class on Thursday, 04/17. Please submit by email to cs169@cs or bring a hard copy of the homework in class.
- HW2 has been graded, and the grades have been entered on glookup. In case you have any questions about your grade, please feel free to send me a mail at shaunakc@eecs or stop by during my office hours on Monday 04/14, 2-3pm, 711 Soda.

- HW3 has been posted. It is due in class on Thursday, 04/03. Please submit a hard copy of the homework in class.
- HW2 has been posted. It is due in class on Thursday, 03/20. Please download the new tarball for Task 7 of the homework (in case you downloaded the tarball before 03/15, 3:30pm). Please submit a hard copy of the homework in class.
- The svn accounts have been set up. Each team can access their svn account by going to the following URL: https://isvn.eecs.berkeley.edu/cs169/groupX, where X is your group number. You will need your class account username and password to log in.
- Teams who want to use their class wiki, please send me a password to shaunakc@eecs. Please note that this will be a group password. Your username is 'teamx', where x is to be replaced by your team number.
- Teams 1, 3, 7 and 8 will be presenting their design on Thursday (Mar. 6) during class hours. Teams 2, 4, 5 and 6 will be presenting on Tuesday (Mar. 11).
- On Thursday, Feb 21, teams 3, 7 and 8 will meet in the 5th floor alcoves in Soda (both of them have been reserved).
- A sample design document has been put up on the proj 4 (design) page.
- The grades for Project 1 are now available through the grading database (use glookup).
- Teams 2, 4, 5 and 6 will be presenting their specifications on Thursday (Feb. 14) during class hours. Teams 1, 3, 7 and 8 will be presenting on Tuesday (Feb. 19).
- A sample specifications document has been put up on the proj 3 (specifications) page.
- The first project group meeting on Thursday, Feb 7 will go as follows:
- Teams 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, supervised by Shaunak Chatterjee, will meet in 306 Soda.
- Teams 3, 7, 8, supervised by Raluca Sauciuc, will meet in 411 Soda (team 3) and 651 Soda (teams 7 & 8). We have reserved the alcoves.
- Please come prepared. The main goal is for each team to decide on how and when the group meetings happen: decide on common meeting time, exchange contact information, etc. The project proposers should also be prepared to give a more detailed description of the project; all other team members are encouraged to read the proposals carefully. This would be a good time to agree on goals and expectations. Any requests for substantial changes to the project description should be resolved as soon as possible.

- Attendance is mandatory to the lectures when there are Project Presentations. We will take attendance and it will be reflected in your grade.
- Attendance is mandatory to the lectures marked Project Group Meeting. There will be no actual lecture, but you will use that time to meet with your team members.
- The grading database is now open for registration. Read the instructions for how to register.
