[12/15/08] Review session differences: 12/15 is selected problems from past finals (Alex). 12/17 is a comprehensive review (Dan).
[12/15/08] Dan's 12/15 3-4 OHs moved to 12/18 2-3pm.

[12/09/08] Dave's office hours on Wednesday, Dec. 10 are shifted to Thursday, Dec. 11, 1-3pm and in Soda 711.

[12/08/08] Reminder: the following sections are CANCELLED this week: Percy (Tue 3-4), Anh (Wed 11-12), Aria (Wed 12-1pm). However, Anna WILL be covering Slav's section (Tue 5-6pm in 6 Evans) and her usual (Wed 10-11am in 9 Evans) section. Dave WILL hold his usual (Wed 12-1pm in 2 Evans) section and will cover Alex's (Wed 1-2pm in B56 Hildebrand) section. Feel free to attend any of the offered sections.
[12/07/08] Contest qualifying extended until Monday 5pm. However, if you qualify after the old deadline (6pm today), you will receive less extra credit and a worse seeding in the final contest. Remember, you can still change you agent after you qualify, so try to do it before the original deadline.

[12/05/08] Don't panic about emails regarding p4 sent out today. We are having problems with the autograder and it's sending out emails stating that your p4 failed sanity checks -- please ignore these emails, they don't mean anything.
[12/04/08] Sections the week of 8 December will be review sessions, and only some sections will be meeting. General review will be covered, with a focus on what students in the section would like help on. Anna will be teaching the 5-6PM Tuesday section (6 Evans) and the 10-11AM Wednesday section (9 Evans). Dave will be teaching the 12-1PM Wednesday section (2 Evans) and the 1-2PM Wednesday section (B56 Hildebrand).
[12/01/08] Alex's Monday 4-6 office hours today are canceled due to flight delays.
[11/25/08] Reminder: section WILL be held the week of Thanksgiving (i.e., the 25th and 26th).
[11/24/08] Grade policy bonus: if your final is higher than your midterm, we will use your final grade for both. This change cannot hurt your grade, but could possibly help it.

[9/13/08] If you did not get a confirmation for p1, try resubmitting again. No submissions were lost, but there is a bug in the department submit script that was badly interacting with our code. I(Alex) think we have a workaround up, but if you don't get a confirmation, don't panic.

[8/27/08] Python tutorial times: Friday 8/29 11am-4pm and Wednesday 9/3 11am-4pm in Soda 275 and adjacent rooms. You can arrive and leave as you like; the tutorial should only take an hour or two. You must complete the tutorial, but you may complete it at home if you choose.
