You are encouraged to choose a topic that builds off of your group's expertise.
For example, if you have a member who is doing research in computer vision
and someone with experience in motor impairments, consider doing a project
that falls in the intersection of these areas.
The proposal should be 1-2 pages long, and should should lay out the problem
you are trying to solve, the technology with which you plan to solve it, and
your metrics for success. It should also talk about how each of the members
of your group will contribute, based on their expertise.
In order to write this proposal, you should do some initial investigations such as reading the chapter of your textbook on this disability, reading one or two related research papers (I'll help you choose them), trying out related software, or talking to someone with a related disability.
