Submit your solution online by 11:59pm on Wednesday 2010-04-21. Do this by creating a directory named hw9 that contains a text file named README with all your answers in it. When answering questsion about the state of the cache after a series of memory accesses, write the final state of the cache in a table format. Submit the README file. From within the hw9 directory, type submit hw9.
