/============\ | Homework 0 | \============/ Name: Jeffrey Dong Login: cs61c-tf E-mail: jefdongus@berkeley.edu Section: 105 Mini-Biography: ============== --> Where did you grow up? What was your academic path? (e.g. Did you live in the same town all your life or did you move around; and if so, where? Did you go to community college or another school before this one?) I was born in Beijing, China and moved to the US when I was six. I went to elementary, middle, and high school in Cupertino (in the South Bay area), and now I've just completed my second year at Berkeley. --> How much programming have you done (and what languages)? I've been programming for four years. I started with Java (through my AP comp sci class) and learned Android development. Afterwards, I worked with Objective-C for iOS dev, as well as C/C++. In my last internship, I worked on web applications using PHP and Javascript. --> What are your hobbies? I like to go running. I also like to sit down and watch a good movie/TV show/anime. Some of my favorites are The Shawshank Redemption, Infernal Affairs, Game of Thrones, Fullmetal Alchemist, Steins;Gate, and FLCL. --> What are some of your talents and skills? I can draw pretty well. I also have fairly good mouse accuracy, or at least I think so because I'm decent at Osu --> Have you done anything remarkable? Has anything really memorable happened to you? (e.g. travel, meeting famous people, 15 min of fame, inventions, overcoming adversity, etc.) Unfortunately, the most fame I got was probably in kindergarten when I recited a short story on a local radio station... --> What commitments will be consuming your cycles this term? (e.g. classes, jobs, family, commutes, volunteering, sports, student groups, etc.) Besides TAing for this class, I will be doing research in Prof. Zettl's lab as well as volunteering at Berkeley Food and Housing Project. That, and trying to relax for a bit over summer!
