To find mobility, you DO NOT need to solve any equations. Eyeball the mobility from the plot on pg. 36 of your textbook. For the last problem, consider the drift velocity saturation of the carriers (10^7cm/s) and how it affects the electrical field and current.
For problem 3c, the value of RL should be 1Kohm. It was erroneously left out of the homework handout. Sorry for the confusion.
