First of all, in problem 2, part (e), there is a reference to a value calcualted in part (b) of the problem. This should be a reference to a capacitance you calculated in part (c). Sorry for the confusion.
Also, in problem 3, you should be able to calculate the values of the slopes in the QV plots for the regions of operation of the MOS capacitor that you need, based on what you know about how the capacitor behaves under certain voltage conditions.
It's Presidents' Day! Jonathan will not hold office hours on Monday; instead, they will be made up on Tuesday from 2-3 in 353 Cory.
