The Electrical Engineering Graduate Student Association is a service and social organization at the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at University of California, Berkeley.
We assist with new graduate student orientation, organize prelim review sessions, provide peer advising services, and sponsor social events year-round.
Do you know someone who brings something special to the EE graduate community? Someone who goes the extra mile? Someone who has a special talent that often goes unrecognized? Someone who has given their time to help others in the larger NorCal community?
If so, nominate him or her for EEGSA’s “Someone Special Award!” All you need to do is write a few sentences about why you think your nominee deserves this recognition. Every month, the EEGSA will recognize one member of the EE Department. Students, staff, and faculty are all eligible nominees/nominators.
Nominations for the month of February are open through 2/10/2012, 11:59:59pm. The nomination form is available here.
We are very pleased to be introducing the new EEGSA Officers for the academic year 2011-12. We are excited to serve the EE graduate student population at Berkeley for the coming year and hope to build on the successes of previous committees. Please find a full list of officers here.
