Read the following paper:

1. Virtual Machine Monitors: Current Technology and Future Trends - Rosenblum and Garfinkel

Comment on the paper. Provide a short (a few sentences) summary of the focus of the paper or key arguments made. Make sure to specifically address these points:

1. How old are VMs? Why were they largely unused for so long?
2. Why do the authors say that this technology is hot again?
3. What are some of the main implementation issues and challenges? What techniques can be used to address them?
4. What role do you think VMs will play in the future? Why?
