:inspect top-level command

Arguments: action action-args*

This command only works when inspection has been started with cl:inspect. On Windows with the Integrated Development Environment, cl:inspect causes an Inspector wiundow to be displayed so there is no opportunity to use the :inspect top-level command (but an inspector window has all the functionality of the command).
