A sub-class of grid-row that is handy for
implementing a row of column header cells. Specifically, this class
mixes together the classes column-sizing-row-mixin, column-selecting-row-mixin, and
grid-row.
Using this class is simply a shortcut for making a subclass of those
classes yourself. See those superclasses for more information.
