Arguments: static-text-and-button-column-mixin-instance
Returns the name of a function that will be run when the small button
in a grid-column of class static-text-and-button-column-mixin
(in a grid-widget) is pressed. The
default is true (a function that returns t whatever arguments are
passed) which makes the button a no-op.
A button-function should take four arguments: (1) the grid-widget, (2) the data-object of the grid-row that the clicked cell is in, (3) the grid-row, and (4) the grid-column.
