Arguments: rich-edit-pane index
Returns two values:
(1) the string that surrounds the character at index in rich-edit-pane and which is in the color of the rich-edit-pane at that position (in other words, the color of the character just before the index position).
(2) the color of the string as an RGB color object.
If the text just before index is black, then it is assumed that the
cursor is not in a special color string, and nil is returned immediately to avoid searching
through a lot of non-color text. Otherwise the two values mentioned
above will be returned.
