Arguments: drag-widget drop-widget position
Called when a drop is done over a control where droppable-p indicates that the drop is allowed.
This default method calls drag-get to retrieve some "dragged value" from the dragged control and then calls drop-put to tell the control over which the value was dropped to accept the new value in some way.
