Arguments: stream x y
Moves the current position of stream by
x in the horizontal direction and
y in the vertical direction (positive is
down). stream should be a cg-stream but may not be a text-edit-window or a
text-edit-pane.
Contrast with move-by, where the x and y values are passed as a position object.
