Arguments: development-configuration
Returns the value of the new-project-show-editor property in
development-configuration. The current configuration is
the value of (configuration *system*) (see (configuration and *system*).
This property determines whether a new project includes an initial
blank editor file (as a tab in the editor workbook). This includes the
project that is created when Allegro starts up, so setting this
property to nil will suppress the creation of
an initial editor at startup time.
