Arguments: project &optional file
For a text-edit-pane, saves the text in
it to the file named by file, which can be a
pathname or a string naming a file. If file is
not supplied, then the file-selection dialog is invoked to ask the end
user for the path to save to. For a project, it saves the lisp source
code definition of the project. *print-case* is bound to
:downcase during the call to save-file.
