Predicate which determines whether the argument remembers its selection, rather than selects all text, when it gets the focus.
Note that Microsoft no longer documents this option, but it currently works as an OS option in all Windows OS's except Windows 98 (as of the time this document was written). It works as well in Windows 98 because of Common Graphics enhancements.
