Arguments: trackbar value
Returns the number of pixels from the left edge (or bottom edge if
orientation is
vertical) of trackbar to
value (which should be in the range of
trackbar). This value may be useful for
determining where to position a label under a tick mark. (A trackbar
does not include tick labels.) See the description of the trackbar
class/control.
This property is not setf'able.
