Arguments: type
Removes the typep-transformer for type, if
there is one. It is not an error to apply this function to a type that
does not have a typep-transformer. This function returns t
if there was a typep-transformer for
type and returns nil
if
there was not. Typep transfromers are added with add-typep-transformer.
