Arguments: process
This macro expands into a call to process-thread on versions that use
the :os-threads multiprocessing model and to process-stack-group on
versions that use the non :os-threads multiprocessing
model, thereby reducing the need for
#+:os-threads/+-:os-threads conditionalizations.
