Arguments: uri-name &optional uri-space
Methods provides for strings and uri objects. If
uri-name is a string, intern the URI specified by
the string uri-name, which is first parsed into a
URI object. If uri-name is a
uri instance, intern it.
uri-space can be used to maintain separate spaces for interning of URIs.
