For this project, we created 1mm, 3mm, and 5mm pinholes. When we use smaller pinholes, images are more in focus, but are darker because less light enters the hole. Conversely, when we use larger pinholes, images are less focused, but much brighter. We found that the 3mm pinhole had a good balance of reasonable focus and lighting, so we used it for our 4 extra images.
