Project Overview
Normally, when we try to mimic perception of depth, concepts of 3D modelling are used. However, since we know that light travels in a straight line, we can actually take advantage of light-fields to mimic these 3D properties. By using this data-driven technique we are able to imitate the effects of depth refocusing and aperture adjustment, using photos taken from a single axis
