First select the corresponding points using cpselect in the two images. Then using these points, find the transformation between the two images. Then warp one of the images onto another. The result is slightly off because of the light condition changed and camera slightly moved (because I'm capturing a really close scene. We need to keep the camera's location exactly still so that our transformation can capture all the differences.
