For each major contribution, result, or new idea in the paper (up to three) write a paragraph describing the basic idea, how it was implemented, how it was verified, and the significance of the idea in terms of how it is generally useful. Describe how it could be extended.
Write one paragraph describing the weaknesses of the work presented in the paper. (In some cases you might think the work is strong, but the presentation is weak or poorly presented. In this cases, comment on the presentation). Suggest how the work could be strengthened to overcome the weakness.
