How to pass
Miss at most 2 classes. if the class is missed because of a conference, it doesn't count as a miss, just let us know in advance.
For students who will miss the first 30 minutes of class due to conflicts, that's 7.5 hours of missed class time and discussion, during which we will usually discuss the readings / hw. You will read a CS Education paper (of your choosing with confirmation from us), write a report on it to distribute to the class, and do a 10-minute presentation on it.
