    1. It is hard to meter light
    1. Exposure
      1. EV - 2, EC ? 2, EV ± 0
    2. The camera makes an assumption of a neutral medium ? film
    1. Incident Light:
      1. light metering of how much light is falling on the subject
    1. Reflected Light:
      1. Light that goes into the camera
    1. Meter off of a grey wall or a neutral place for the exposure to be ?normal?.
    1. The camera doesn?t know its dark so it adds more light
    1. Lamp light isn?t exactly white, it is yellowish. White balance cards correct the color-cast
    1. White is bright grey, the absence of any colorfulness.
    1. White, grey, black = all brightness factors
    2. The brightest things look white when placed among darker things
    1. No movement, try dusk
    1. Lenses where you can select the plane of sharp focus
    1. Dusk photos
      1. Little light left
