I grew up in Hacienda Heights (626!) in SoCal and moved to Irvine for high school. I applied as an EECS major at Cal and it seems to working out so far. --> How much programming have you done (and what languages)? I took my first CS course in high school and continued programming here at Cal. I have worked with Python, Java, and C. In addition to back-end, I did some cool stuff with front-end (html, css, JavaScript) this past summer. --> What are your hobbies? I play violin occasionally and enjoy discovering new music and food places. --> What are some of your talents and skills? Music, dancing, and finding funny memes. --> Have you done anything remarkable? Has anything really memorable happened to you? I went to the OutsideLands music festival this year. I got sick and it was super tiring, but the music and artists were so talented and I had lots of fun. 10/10 would do again. --> What commitments will be consuming your cycles this term? (e.g. classes, jobs, family, commutes, volunteering, sports, student groups, etc.) I’ll be taking 3 courses (networking, security, and ee16b). Other than academics, I will be busy with tutoring this class and IEEE.
