--> Where did you grow up? What was your academic path? (e.g. Did you live in the same town all your life or did you move around; and if so, where? Did you go to community college or another school before this one?) Until first grade, I lived in a small town called Livingston in central New Jersey. Then, I moved to northern New Jersey, 20 minutes from New York City. I --> How much programming have you done (and what languages)? I’ve been programming since 8th grade. I’m most comfortable with python, Java, and C#. --> What are your hobbies? I love to watch and attend football, baseball, and hockey games. Most of my downtime involves some New York/New Jersey sports team. If nobody is playing, then a simple drive somewhere (both close and far) is really enjoyable. --> What are some of your talents and skills? I’m pretty good at tennis, ping pong, and swimming. --> Have you done anything remarkable? Has anything really memorable happened to you? (e.g. travel, meeting famous people, 15 min of fame, inventions, overcoming adversity, etc.) Probably nobody else will find this remarkable, but when I was 11, I was randomly selected at a Mets game to play a baseball video game on the big screen in front of everyone. If I hit 2 or more homeruns out of 3 at-bats in the game, I would get to keep it. I hit 3. --> What commitments will be consuming your cycles this term? (e.g. classes, jobs, family, commutes, volunteering, sports, student groups, etc.) I’m continuing research in applied machine learning and security with Professor Wagner and TA’ing this amazing class.
