HW5 Notes - cs61c-re - Rohit Poddar

Rubric

Part 1 (7.5 points): Part 1 consisted of 15 different test cases.
- A score of 7.5 was reserved for a perfect 15/15.
- A score of 7 was given to people who received 13/15 or 14/15.
- 6.5 : 12/15
- 6.0 : 11/15
etc...
This translates to 0.5 points per test case, with an extra +0.5 "curve". I.E. if a student passed 8/15 cases, he would receive a score of 4.5 since 8*0.5 + 0.5 = 4.5.

Part 2 (3 points): Part 2 consisted of 7 test cases.
- A score of 2.5 was only given to people who got 7/7.
- 2.0 : 5/7 or 6/7
- 1.5: 3/7 or 4/7
- 1.0: 2/7
- 0.5: 1/7
- 0.0: 0/7

Comments

Many people missed a significant amount of points on this homework. I can not generalize as to which cases people missed since every person missed different cases for the most part. Scott should e-mail out the autograder results so each student can see which cases they missed.
