Exam2 Info
Midterm Exam 2 will be held on Monday 11/9 at 5:30. It is open-book
and open-notes. No calculators or cell phones allowed. It will cover
material in labs, lectures, and readings up through wed 11/4.
Topics include:
- mapping between C - assembly - machine language, incl. conventions
- linking,
- number representation, floating point
- digital design, combinational logic, synchronous circuits, registers, register transfer,
- datapath design and controller design.
