Exam Schedule:

Midterm:  Th, October 26, 3:30-5:00 in class,  9th Week (material from weeks 1-8). It will be open book, open notes, and paper will be provided. Bring your calculator. A topical review will be made in class on Thursday, October 19^th. Detailed Midterm Specification. A surprise exam is posted here.

Final Exam:  By class agreement a short final exam will be offered early - at a time to be arranged between Sunday December 10 and  Tuesday  December 12th rather than at the scheduled time December 20, 12:30-3:30PM, (material from weeks 8-15).

Grading Policy:

Homework and Class Participation: 15%
Project: 25%
Midterm: 30%
Short Final Exam: 30%
