Foreground and background processes (EC)
This part is worth 1.5 points of extra credit on this assignment. In this class, extra credit points will be applied post curve, meaning that grade cutoffs will be determined without extra credit and final grades will be compared with those cutoffs after extra credit has been taken into account.
Please keep in mind that the value of the extra credit may not be proportionate to the time it takes to complete it.
